A LITTLE BIT OF SPRING

I do realize that its only Febuary, but i needed a little something to take away the winter blahs, and what better than some flowers. So i added a little softness to the end table, makes me smile when i walk into the room. For me, flowers mark the beginning of a new season, and an end to a long cold season.
Happy Blogging

I came by to tell you thank you for the welcome. I think blogging is going to be fun! You said your husband wouldn't let you paint your tables, tell him they can always be stripped one day. Men don't like wood to be painted. :) It's just something about them. I think it's just breathing new life into an item. They become new again, and the whole room is new, all for the price of a can of spray paint or a quart of paint.
PS ~ flowers in a room make me smile too. I cut all of my gladiolus as soon as they start blooming. I love them in the house.
