***PEARS ANYONE???***

I found these carved wood painted pears (at least i think thats what they are made of) and the leaf is metal. I felt they were rather nice for a dollar each, and i liked the shape of the glass tray which was 2 dollars at the dollar store. A total of 5 dollars gave me what i think is a rather nice accessory for the kitchen, now i just need to find a spot for it.

Janet - I love the edge of your little plate - it sort of follows the curves of the pears. They're very pretty. Thanks for visiting my blog and your nice comments - I'm sure that you were quite sad to lose your wedding dress unexpectedly!

Hi Janet ... came across your blog through a follower of mine. Love these pears, and I can't believe they were only $1!!! I'm doing a pear theme for a Christmas Tree next year, and these would be perfect ... I'm gonna have to remember to keep my eye out. Great blog!

Thanks for stopping by and your nice comments. I didn't mean to post the St. Patrick's Day tablescape. I don't know what happened with Mr. Linky. I meant to post my Easter decor using a watering can. You can see it if you look on my main blog page. Sorry for the confusion.

However, that lead me to your link. This is the first time I've visited you. You have a very nice blog and I'm adding you as a favorite. Love the pears.

That is such a great buy! What a nice decor accessory to have. I love the shape of pears - I painted some huge old pears made of resin (or some sort of material like it) and I painted the white. They are so sculptural looking.

glad to know you are okay. I wanted you to be sure and see me and my fur babies. I know I enjoy having a visual of who I am talking to and didn't want you to miss it. Not the best picture, but it is so me.
